For the submission of a renewal or new passport, you’ll generally need:

You’ll need to bring the documents when you submit your application. We’ll retain all documents and return originals to you when we deliver the passport.
Make sure you comply with our photo specifications.
For your application, you’ll need your recommender’s full name, address, phone number, and current valid passport details and a copy of his/her passport.
The recommender must sign section 7 of application form and the back of your passport photo.
You need to complete the Belize e-Passport Application.
The application form must be signed and dated by the applicant.
Submit your application and pay the passport fee at any of the Nationality and Passport Department offices or a Belizean diplomatic or consular mission authorized to accept passport applications .
In some locations, you may need to book an appointment.
Bring your application form, your photo, and original documents you need.
On the date of your submission, we will tell you when you can come by the office and pick up your passport.
Allow about three weeks to have the passport ready for delivery. Note that oversea application delivery time may be longer, contact the Belizean diplomatic or consular mission where you made your submission for delivery time details.
You will need a photo identification and auxiliary receipt upon delivery of your passport.
